【摘要】：目的探討氟哌噻噸美利曲辛治療腹瀉型腸易激綜合征(IBS-D)臨床效果。方法將臨床確診的43例IBS-D患者分為聯(lián)合組(23例)和對(duì)照組(20例)。兩組均服用凝結(jié)芽孢桿菌活菌片350 mg,3片/次,3次/d;聯(lián)合組加服氟哌噻噸美利曲辛片10 mg,2次/d。4周后評(píng)價(jià)臨床療效、焦慮自我評(píng)量表(SAS)評(píng)分及抑郁自我評(píng)量表(SDS)評(píng)分。結(jié)果聯(lián)合組腹痛、腹瀉總有效率均高于對(duì)照組(P均0.05)。聯(lián)合組和對(duì)照組治療后SAS和SDS評(píng)分均低于治療前(P均0.05),聯(lián)合組治療后SAS和SDS評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照組(P均0.05)。結(jié)論凝結(jié)芽孢桿菌活菌片聯(lián)合氟哌噻噸美利曲辛治療IBS-D患者可顯著改善患者的腹痛、腹瀉癥狀,臨床療效滿意。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of droperazothioate metriaxine in the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D). Methods 43 patients with IBS-D were divided into combined group (23 cases) and control group (20 cases). The two groups were treated with 350 mg,3 of Bacillus coagulans and 3 times per day. The clinical efficacy, (SAS) score and (SDS) score of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) were evaluated after 10 mg,2 / d.4 weeks of combined administration of droperazidone and melitaxine tablets. Results the total effective rate of abdominal pain and diarrhea in the combined group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in the combined group and the control group were lower than those before treatment (P 0.05), and the scores of SAS and SDS in the combined group were lower than those in the control group (all P 0.05). Conclusion Bacillus coagulans combined with droperazothioate metriaxine can significantly improve the abdominal pain and diarrhea symptoms in patients with IBS-D, and the clinical efficacy is satisfactory.
