【摘要】：目的分析探討幽門螺桿菌感染與慢性胃炎患者胃黏膜病理變化的相關(guān)性,為臨床治療提供參考依據(jù)。方法選擇2013年5月-2015年4月在醫(yī)院接受門診或者住院治療的慢性胃炎患者70例為研究對象,根據(jù)胃鏡檢查情況分為試驗組和對照組,對照組16例為非慢性萎縮性胃炎患者,試驗組54例為慢性萎縮性胃炎,比較兩組患者陽性率,并分析幽門螺桿菌感染與慢性胃炎病理變化的相關(guān)性,數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 16.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果試驗組陽性率為72.2%,明顯高于對照組的37.5%,兩組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);隨著幽門螺桿菌感染陽性率的升高,慢性胃炎的炎癥程度、腸化程度及活動性逐漸提升。結(jié)論幽門螺桿菌感染與慢性胃炎患者胃黏膜的病理變化有密切關(guān)系,可反映慢性胃炎炎癥程度及萎縮程度。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and gastric mucosal pathological changes in patients with chronic gastritis. Methods from May 2013 to April 2015, 70 patients with chronic gastritis who received outpatient or inpatient treatment in hospital were divided into experimental group and control group according to gastroscopy. 16 cases in control group were non-chronic atrophic gastritis patients. There were 54 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis in the trial group. The positive rates of the two groups were compared and the correlation between Helicobacter pylori infection and the pathological changes of chronic gastritis was analyzed. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software. Results the positive rate of the test group was 72.2%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (37.5%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). With the increase of positive rate of Helicobacter pylori infection, the degree of inflammation, intestinal metaplasia and activity of chronic gastritis increased gradually. Conclusion Helicobacter pylori infection is closely related to the pathological changes of gastric mucosa in patients with chronic gastritis and can reflect the degree of inflammation and atrophy of chronic gastritis.
