【摘要】：肝臟炎性假瘤是一種少見的臨床癥狀相對較輕且不典型的肝臟良性病變，以局部慢性非特異性炎癥細(xì)胞浸潤和纖維結(jié)締組織結(jié)節(jié)樣增生為主要病理改變。發(fā)病機(jī)制、病因目前仍不清楚，石膽酸在肝臟炎性假瘤形成過程中可能是一個重要因素，病因可能與感染因素、免疫因素、感染免疫因素等有關(guān)。隨著肝臟炎性假瘤的影像學(xué)表現(xiàn)不斷被認(rèn)識和總結(jié)，超聲、CT、MRI檢查對肝臟炎性假瘤的診斷提供十分重要的幫助。由于其影像學(xué)表現(xiàn)非特異性，與一些良惡性的肝臟疾病不易區(qū)分，往往仍需要通過病理檢查才能最終確診。肝穿刺活檢能準(zhǔn)確診斷多數(shù)肝臟炎性假瘤，對治療具有極其重要的價值。雖然，確診肝臟炎性假瘤后的患者多數(shù)時候應(yīng)該采取保守治療，，但在一定條件下，手術(shù)治療仍然是不可缺少的。
[Abstract]:Hepatic inflammatory pseudotumor is a relatively mild and atypical benign liver disease with local chronic nonspecific inflammatory cell infiltration and fibrous connective tissue nodular hyperplasia as the main pathological changes. The pathogenesis and etiology of lithiasis may be an important factor in the formation of inflammatory pseudotumor of the liver, and the etiology may be related to infection factors, immune factors, infection immune factors and so on. As the imaging findings of inflammatory pseudotumor of the liver have been recognized and summarized, ultrasound and CT,MRI are very important for the diagnosis of inflammatory pseudotumor of the liver. Because of its nonspecific imaging features, it is difficult to distinguish between benign and malignant liver diseases. Liver biopsy can accurately diagnose most inflammatory pseudotumors of liver, which is of great value in treatment. Although most patients after diagnosis of inflammatory pseudotumor of the liver should take conservative treatment, surgical treatment is still indispensable under certain conditions.
