【摘要】：目的探討血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平對于布加綜合征(BCS)患者肝纖維化程度的診斷價值。方法收集BCS患者97例及同期健康體檢者30例,根據(jù)Child-Pugh分級標準將BCS患者分為Child-Pugh A級組(n=49)、Child-Pugh B級組(n=31)、Child-Pugh C級組(n=17)。同時測定血清Hcy及肝纖維化指標(HA、Ⅳ-C、PCⅢ)。結(jié)果 BCS患者血清Hcy水平顯著高于健康體檢者(P0.01),且隨著Child-Pugh分級的升高而遞增,相鄰組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。BCS患者血清Hcy水平與Child-Pugh得分呈正相關(guān)(r=0.663 4,P0.01),Hcy水平與肝纖維化指標(HA、Ⅳ-C、PCⅢ)水平均呈正相關(guān)(r=0.465 7、0.460 6、0.530 0,均P0.01)。結(jié)論 BCS患者血清Hcy水平顯著升高且與患者肝纖維化程度有良好的相關(guān)性,檢測血清Hcy水平有助于BCS患者肝纖維化程度診斷。
