【摘要】：正患者男,53歲,因"進食哽噎2月余"入院。上消化道鋇劑造影:食管黏膜欠光整,上段平T4椎體水平局限性狹窄,其上段擴張,食管下段見一線樣充盈缺損(圖1A),診斷為食管憩室、雙食管畸形。胸部CT:食管內(nèi)可見一纖細管狀結(jié)構(gòu)影,強化程度類似于食管壁(圖1B),上段平T2椎體水平處與食管共壁,下段近賁門處與食管共壁,CT診斷為雙食管畸形(管狀型)。胃鏡檢查:進鏡距門齒約21cm處見
[Abstract]:The patient, 53 years old, was admitted to hospital because of eating choking for two months. Upper gastrointestinal barium radiography: esophageal mucosal insufficiency, upper segment flat T 4 vertebra level local stenosis, its upper segment dilated, the lower esophagus showed a first-line filling defect (Fig. 1A), diagnosed as esophageal diverticulum, double esophageal malformation. A slender tubular structure was seen in the esophagus of thoracic CT:. The enhancement degree was similar to that of the esophageal wall (Fig. 1B). The upper level of T 2 vertebrae and the common wall of the esophagus, the lower segment proximal to the cardia and the esophageal common wall, were diagnosed as biesophageal malformations (tubular type) by CT. Gastroscopy: the distance between endoscope and incisors is about 21cm
