【摘要】：Tfh細(xì)胞是最近發(fā)現(xiàn)的第5個(gè)CD4~+Th細(xì)胞新亞群,主要定位于淋巴濾泡中,是T-B細(xì)胞相互作用的橋梁,主要在調(diào)節(jié)B淋巴細(xì)胞增殖、漿細(xì)胞分化及抗體類別轉(zhuǎn)換等方面發(fā)揮作用。以上功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)與轉(zhuǎn)錄因子Bcl-6、細(xì)胞因子IL-21、趨化因子受體CXCR5、共刺激分子ICOS與CD40L及共抑制分子PD-1等密切相關(guān)。近年來(lái)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)Tfh細(xì)胞功能的失調(diào)在自身免疫性疾病、感染、免疫缺陷病等疾病中發(fā)揮重要作用,本文就Tfh細(xì)胞的生物學(xué)特性及其在慢性肝病中的作用進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Tfh cells are the fifth newly discovered subsets of CD4~ Th cells, which are mainly located in the lymphatic follicles and act as a bridge for the interaction of T-B cells. They play an important role in regulating the proliferation of B lymphocytes, the differentiation of plasma cells and the transformation of antibodies. The realization of these functions is closely related to the transcription factor Bcl-6, cytokine IL-21, chemokine receptor CXCR5, costimulatory molecule ICOS CD40L and coinhibitory molecule PD-1. In recent years, it has been found that the dysfunction of Tfh cells plays an important role in autoimmune diseases, infections and immunodeficiency diseases. The biological characteristics of Tfh cells and their roles in chronic liver diseases are reviewed in this paper.
