【摘要】：目的評價臌脹片對代償期丙型肝炎肝硬化抗病毒療效的影響。方法將80例代償期丙型肝炎肝硬化患者隨機分為觀察組和對照組各40例,均予聚乙二醇干擾素α-2a、利巴韋林抗病毒治療,觀察組另服臌脹片,治療24周,隨訪24周,比較兩組病毒學應答率、Child-Pugh評分、肝功能、血常規(guī)。結果治療48周后,觀察組持續(xù)應答率高于對照組(P0.05);兩組治療后各時點Child-Pugh評分較治療前明顯降低(P均0.05),且觀察組較對照組降低更明顯(P均0.05);治療第24、48周,觀察組肝功能指標低于對照組(P均0.05)。治療第12、24周,觀察組白細胞高于對照組(P均0.05);治療第24周,觀察組血小板高于對照組(P0.05)。結論臌脹片可提高聚乙二醇干擾素α-2a聯合利巴韋林治療代償期丙型肝炎肝硬化抗病毒療效,且能減輕其不良反應。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of tympanic tablet on antiviral effect of compensatory hepatitis C cirrhosis. Methods Eighty patients with compensatory hepatitis C cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 40) and the control group (n = 40). All patients were treated with peginterferon 偽 -2a and ribavirin respectively. The virological response rate, Child-Pugh score, liver function and blood routine were compared between the two groups. Results after 48 weeks of treatment, the rate of sustained response in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05), the Child-Pugh score at each time point after treatment in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment (P 0.05), and the Child-Pugh score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). The indexes of liver function in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). At the 24th week of treatment, the white blood cells in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the platelets in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at the 24th week (P0.05). Conclusion the combination of pegyleneglycol interferon 偽-2a and ribavirin can improve the antiviral effect and alleviate the adverse reactions of the patients with compensatory hepatitis C cirrhosis.
