【摘要】：胰膽管匯合異常(PBM)是一種臨床罕見的先天性畸形,是指胰管與膽管在十二指腸壁外匯合。PBM因其與眾多膽胰疾病的發(fā)生密切相關而被廣泛關注。筆者就其分型、病理及病理生理機制、早期診斷與治療等方面的診治進展做一綜述。
[Abstract]:(PBM) is a rare congenital malformation in clinic. It refers to the relationship between pancreatic duct and bile duct in duodenal wall. PBM is closely related to the occurrence of many biliary and pancreatic diseases. This paper reviews the progress of diagnosis and treatment in early diagnosis and treatment, including its classification, pathophysiology and pathophysiology.
