【摘要】：目的:探討自擬扶正通腑湯聯(lián)合常規(guī)西醫(yī)治療對(duì)第三型腹膜炎(TP)的臨床療效。方法:對(duì)43例TP患者做回顧性研究,其中21例西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療,采用手術(shù)引流、腸內(nèi)外營(yíng)養(yǎng)、抗生素等常規(guī)治療。22例中西醫(yī)綜合治療在西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上,以自擬扶正通腑湯胃管注入、保留灌腸,配合電針、艾灸、芒硝外敷等,比較2組急性生理與慢性健康評(píng)分(APACHEII)、入住ICU天數(shù)、多臟器功能不全綜合癥(MODS)發(fā)生率、死亡率等差異。結(jié)果:2組入住ICU天數(shù)、MODS發(fā)生率比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,中西醫(yī)綜合治療組治療后的APACHEII評(píng)分、死亡率均低于西醫(yī)治療組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:應(yīng)用自擬扶正通腑湯中西醫(yī)綜合療法治療第三型腹膜炎可降低死亡率,臨床推廣價(jià)值較大。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of self-made Fuzheng Tongfu decoction combined with routine western medicine on type 3 peritonitis (TP). Methods: a retrospective study was conducted in 43 patients with TP. Among them, 21 cases were treated with routine western medicine, including surgical drainage, enteral and external nutrition, antibiotics and so on. 22 cases were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the basis of routine western medicine treatment. With self-made Fuzheng Tongfu decoction for gastric tube injection, retention enema, electroacupuncture, moxibustion, and external application of mirabilite, the days of admission to ICU with acute physiological and chronic health score (APACHEII), the incidence of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS), mortality and so on were compared between the two groups. Results there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of mods between the two groups. The APACHEII score and mortality rate of the two groups were lower than those of the western medicine group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: the application of self-made Fuzheng Tongfu decoction in the treatment of type 3 peritonitis is of great value in clinical popularization.
