【摘要】：目的:探討分析生長抑素、凝血酶聯(lián)合奧美拉唑治療上消化道潰瘍出血患者的臨床效果及安全性。方法:選取收治的64例急性上消化道出血患者采用隨機數(shù)字表法分為聯(lián)合組和對照組各32例,聯(lián)合組采用長抑素、凝血酶聯(lián)合奧美拉唑治療,對照組僅應(yīng)用奧美拉唑治療,兩組其余基礎(chǔ)治療相同,對比兩組患者的止血效果差異。結(jié)果:聯(lián)合組患者的止血時間(7.3±3.8)h、住院時間(10.4±2.2)d、出血量(441±108)m L均著低于對照組的(9.5±4.2)h、(12.7±3.4)d、(507±129)m L(P0.05);聯(lián)合組治療顯效率(81.25%)高于對照組(53.13%)(P0.05);治療后聯(lián)合組的血紅蛋白(Hb)(109.5±10.4)g/L、紅細胞(RBC)(4.5±0.8)×109/L、血小板(PLT)(147.2±19.3)×109/L、紅細胞壓積(Hct)(41.3±6.9)%,優(yōu)于對照組患者的(101.5±9.2)g/L、(3.7±0.7)×109/L、(131.5±17.8)×109/L、(36.4±7.0)%,(P0.05);治療后聯(lián)合組的凝血酶原時間(PT)(10.8±1.9)s、部分活化凝血酶原時間(APTT)(28.6±3.9)s、纖維蛋白原(Fib)(392.5±51.4)mg/d L優(yōu)于對照組的(12.0±2.0)s、(30.1±4.4)s、(319.8±49.8)mg/d L(P0.05);聯(lián)合組的不良反應(yīng)率(31.25%)高于對照組(15.63%),但差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:生長抑素、凝血酶聯(lián)合奧美拉唑治療急性上消化道出血較單用奧美拉唑的效果更好,且不增加不良反應(yīng)率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the efficacy and safety of somatostatin, thrombin and omeprazole in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal ulcer hemorrhage. Methods: 64 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups: the combined group (n = 32) and the control group (n = 32).
