【摘要】：正功能性便秘(functional constipation,FC)是常見的胃腸道疾病,在中國,農(nóng)村高于城市,女性高于男性,北方高于南方~([1])。隨著社會的發(fā)展,發(fā)病率呈上升趨勢,在西方也是如此,無論成人還是兒童~([2])。FC主要表現(xiàn)為排便次數(shù)減少、糞便干硬和(或)排便困難,并可伴有其他相關(guān)癥狀。根據(jù)目前病理生理學(xué)機制,將FC分為4型~([3]):(1)慢傳輸型便秘(slow transit constipation,STC),主要表現(xiàn)為排便
[Abstract]:Positive functional constipation (functional constipation,FC) is a common gastrointestinal disease. In China, rural areas are higher than those in urban areas, women are higher than men, and northern China is higher than southern China. With the development of society, the incidence rate is on the rise, and the same is true in the west. The main manifestation of FC is the decrease of defecation times, the dryness and / or defecation difficulty of feces, and other related symptoms. According to the current pathophysiological mechanism, FC was divided into 4 types of [3]): (1) slow transit constipation (slow transit constipation,STC), mainly characterized by defecation.
