【摘要】：目的:探討白頭翁湯治療潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎患者臨床療效及對血清炎癥因子水平的影響。方法:選自醫(yī)院于2015年1月—2016年1月期間收治的83例潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎患者,依據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)分為觀察組42例與對照組41例。對照組給予柳氮磺吡啶結(jié)腸溶膠囊治療,觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合白頭翁湯治療。兩組療程均為4周。結(jié)果:觀察組治療總有效率高于對照組(P0.05);兩組結(jié)腸鏡檢查評分治療后下降(P0.05);觀察組結(jié)腸鏡檢查評分治療后低于對照組(P0.05);兩組病理檢查評分治療后下降(P0.05);觀察組病理檢查評分治療后低于對照組(P0.05);兩組血清IL-1β、IL-17、TNF-α水平治療后下降(P0.05);觀察組血清IL-1β、IL-17、TNF-α水平治療后低于對照組(P0.05);兩組均未見明顯不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論:白頭翁湯治療潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎患者臨臨床療效顯著,其作用可能與降低炎癥因子IL-1β、IL-17、TNF-α相關(guān),且安全可靠,值得研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of baccouweng decoction in treating ulcerative colitis and its influence on serum inflammatory factor level. Methods: 83 patients with ulcerative colitis from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 42) and control group (n = 41). The control group was treated with Salazapyridine colonic capsule, and the observation group was treated with baccouweng decoction on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 4 weeks in both groups. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P0.05), the colonoscopy score of the two groups decreased after treatment (P0.05), the colonoscopy score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P0.05), the pathological examination score of the two groups decreased after treatment (P0.05); The level of serum IL-1 尾 IL-17 TNF- 偽 decreased after treatment (P0.05); the level of serum IL-1 尾 -IL-17 + TNF- 偽 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment (P0.05); there were no significant adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion: the clinical curative effect of Baitouweng decoction on ulcerative colitis is remarkable. Its effect may be related to the reduction of IL-1 尾 IL-17 TNF- 偽, and it is safe and reliable, and worthy of study.
