【摘要】：目的比較含氣性和非含氣性肝膿腫介入性超聲治療的方法和效果。方法比較兩組患者的臨床特征、實驗室和影像學(xué)檢查結(jié)果以及超聲介入治療效果。結(jié)果 (1)含氣性化膿性肝膿腫(GFPLA)臨床表現(xiàn)、實驗室和影像學(xué)損害結(jié)果更嚴(yán)重,膿腔更大且多合并糖尿病(P0.05)。(2)與非含氣肝膿腫相比,兩組治療效果相當(dāng),但GFPLA更常采用置管引流,治療時間更長(P0.05)。結(jié)論采用超聲引導(dǎo)經(jīng)皮置管引流,配合全身嚴(yán)格的抗生素治療是GFPLA常用和有效的治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the methods and effects of interventional ultrasound in the treatment of liver abscess with or without gas. Methods the clinical features, laboratory and imaging findings and the effect of ultrasound intervention were compared between the two groups. Results (1) the clinical manifestations of (GFPLA) with purulent liver abscess were more serious in laboratory and imaging. The abscess cavity was larger and more complicated with diabetes mellitus (P0.05). (2). The two groups had the same therapeutic effect compared with the non-pneumonic liver abscess, but GFPLA often used catheter drainage. The treatment time was longer (P0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous catheter drainage combined with systemic antibiotic therapy is a common and effective treatment for GFPLA.
