功能性消化不良患者唾液菌群的研究

【摘要】:目的分析功能性消化不良患者與健康對照者唾液菌群的差異。方法收集功能性消化不良患者及健康對照者的唾液標(biāo)本,提取總基因組DNA,采用高通量測序技術(shù)對樣本中細(xì)菌的16SrRNA-V4區(qū)進(jìn)行DNA測序后進(jìn)行生物信息學(xué)分析。結(jié)果功能性消化不良組唾液中的菌群以變形菌門為主,健康對照組以擬桿菌門為主。功能性消化不良唾液菌群的Chao1、ACE、Shannon指數(shù)分別為1 295、1 351、4.93,健康對照組為1 001、1 019、5.28。PCoA可基本將兩組間的唾液菌群區(qū)分開。LEfSe分析發(fā)現(xiàn)兩組間有差異菌群共有16個,包括普式菌屬、奈瑟菌屬及變形菌門等。結(jié)論功能性消化不良患者唾液有其特征性的菌群組成,以變形菌門為主,但兩組間的豐富度及多樣性無差別,奈瑟菌屬是兩組間差異顯著的細(xì)菌之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the differences of salivary flora between patients with functional dyspepsia and healthy controls. Methods the total genomic DNA was extracted from saliva samples of patients with functional dyspepsia and healthy controls. The 16SrRNA-V4 region of bacteria was sequenced by high-throughput sequencing technique and bioinformatics analysis was carried out. Results the bacteria in saliva of functional dyspepsia group were mainly Proteus, while that of healthy control group was Bacteroid phylum. The Shannon index of Chao1-ACESe in functional dyspepsia saliva was 1 295 / 1 351N 4.93, respectively, and that in the healthy control group was 1 001 / 1 019 / 5.28.PCoA, which could basically distinguish the salivary flora of the two groups. LEfSe analysis showed that there were 16 different microflora in the two groups, including the genus Pu. Neisseria and Proteus, etc. Conclusion saliva of patients with functional dyspepsia has its own characteristic flora composition, mainly Proteus, but there is no difference in richness and diversity between the two groups. Neisseria is one of the bacteria with significant difference between the two groups.
