【摘要】：目的系統(tǒng)性評(píng)價(jià)前列地爾聯(lián)合生長(zhǎng)抑素治療重癥急性胰腺炎的療效和安全性。方法檢索PubMed、Cochrane library、Web of Science、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、中國(guó)知網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),檢索時(shí)限均設(shè)定為各數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)建庫(kù)至2015年11月,收集所有前列地爾聯(lián)合生長(zhǎng)抑素治療重癥急性胰腺炎的隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn),應(yīng)用RevMan 5.3軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果納入11篇文獻(xiàn),共927例患者。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示:與對(duì)照組相比,前列地爾聯(lián)合生長(zhǎng)抑素治療組可以顯著提高總有效率[OR=5.45,95%CI(3.48,8.52),P0.01],改善臨床癥狀緩解時(shí)間[均數(shù)差(MD)=-15.20,95%CI(-18.17,-12.23),P0.01],血淀粉酶[MD=-26.59,95%CI(-29.85,-23.34),P0.01],血C反應(yīng)蛋白[MD=-23.95,95%CI(-27.68,-20.22),P0.01],血白細(xì)胞介素-6[MD=-12.40,95%CI(-15.69,-9.11),P0.01],組間比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。此外,不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率較低。結(jié)論在傳統(tǒng)治療基礎(chǔ)上加用前列地爾聯(lián)合生長(zhǎng)抑素可以有效提高重癥急性胰腺炎的治療效果,且安全性高,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of alprostadil combined with somatostatin in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods We searched PubMedus Cochrane libraryweb of Science, Wanfang Database, China knowledge Web Database and Chinese Biomedical Database. The searching time limit was set up until November 2015. All the randomized controlled trials of alprostadil combined with somatostatin in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis were collected. The data were analyzed by Meta using RevMan 5.3 software.
