【摘要】：背景:無論何種原因引起的肝硬化,均會致使門靜脈壓力升高,門脈高壓是引起肝硬化并發(fā)癥的主要原因之一,而肝靜脈壓力梯度(hepatic venous pressure gradient HVPG)是目前預測肝硬化門脈高壓癥進展最可靠的金標準,并受到廣大學者的關注及認可。目的:通過綜述目前對肝靜脈壓力梯度在肝硬化患者中的研究,來更好的運用于臨床并指導臨床治療。方法:以“肝靜脈壓力梯度,門靜脈高壓,肝硬化,靜脈曲張出血,腹水,肝癌”為關鍵詞進行檢索,找出國內(nèi)外有關肝靜脈壓力梯度在肝硬化患者中研究的文獻,并對其作出總結。結論:目前有大量關于肝靜脈壓力梯度在肝硬化患者中的研究文獻,綜合這些研究結果表明,肝靜脈壓力梯度可以用于幫助評估肝硬化患者的危險程度,指導臨床治療,評估藥物療效,預測肝硬化進展與治療等多個方面,已在肝硬化患者的臨床運用當中有著不可或缺的地位。
[Abstract]:Background: portal hypertension is one of the main causes of cirrhotic complications, regardless of the cause of cirrhosis. The hepatic venous pressure gradient (hepatic venous pressure gradient) is the most reliable gold standard for predicting the progression of portal hypertension in liver cirrhosis. Objective: to review the current studies of hepatic venous pressure gradient in patients with liver cirrhosis to better use in clinical and guide clinical treatment. Methods: "Hepatic vein pressure gradient, portal hypertension, liver cirrhosis, varicose hemorrhage, ascites, liver cancer" were used as the key words to search for the literatures on the study of hepatic vein pressure gradient in patients with liver cirrhosis at home and abroad. And make a summary of it. Conclusion: there are a large number of literatures on hepatic venous pressure gradient in patients with liver cirrhosis. These results indicate that hepatic vein pressure gradient can be used to assess the risk level of patients with liver cirrhosis and to guide clinical treatment. Evaluation of drug efficacy, prediction of progress and treatment of liver cirrhosis have played an indispensable role in the clinical application of liver cirrhosis patients.
