【摘要】：目的比較康復(fù)新液加雙料喉風(fēng)散灌腸聯(lián)合美沙拉秦緩釋顆粒口服與單純美沙拉秦緩釋顆�？诜委煗冃越Y(jié)腸炎患者的療效。方法將60例潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎患者隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組各30例,對(duì)照組口服美沙拉秦緩釋顆粒,每日4次,每次1 g;治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上以雙料喉風(fēng)散2.2 g加入康復(fù)新液50 ml及生理鹽水150 ml每晚保留灌腸。兩組均連續(xù)治療1個(gè)月,分別于治療前及治療后1、2、3、4周時(shí)對(duì)患者主要癥狀腹瀉、便膿血、腹痛、里急后重進(jìn)行評(píng)分,并采用重復(fù)測(cè)量方差分析法進(jìn)行分析,以癥狀評(píng)分作為因變量,觀測(cè)時(shí)點(diǎn)作為時(shí)間因素,組別作為自變量納入重復(fù)測(cè)量方差分析模型。結(jié)果腹瀉、便膿血、腹痛、里急后重觀測(cè)時(shí)點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù)均不符合球形假設(shè),給予校正。校正及組間效應(yīng)方差分析提示,腹瀉、便膿血、腹痛、里急后重評(píng)分均隨觀測(cè)時(shí)間的推移而顯著減少,且治療組癥狀評(píng)分均明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論康復(fù)新液加雙料喉風(fēng)散灌腸聯(lián)合美沙拉秦緩釋顆�？诜c單純美沙拉秦緩釋顆粒口服均可改善潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎患者主要臨床癥狀,且前者改善效果更佳。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the efficacy of Kangfeng liquid and Shuangshuifeng Powder enema combined with Mesalazine sustained release granules in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods 60 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (n = 30) and the control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with 2. 2 g Shuangliaofeng powder and 50 ml of rehabilitation solution and 150 ml of normal saline every night in the treatment group. The two groups were treated continuously for one month. The main symptoms of diarrhea, empyema, abdominal pain, and acute and severe pain were evaluated before and after treatment for 4 weeks, and the results were analyzed by means of repeated measurement of variance. Symptom score was taken as dependent variable, observation time point as time factor, group as independent variable, and repeated measurement ANOVA model. Results the data of diarrhea, sepsis, abdominal pain and reobservation were not in accordance with the spherical hypothesis. Correction and ANOVA showed that diarrhea, purulent blood, abdominal pain, and acute weight scores were significantly decreased with the passage of observation time, and the symptom scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the main clinical symptoms of patients with ulcerative colitis can be improved by the combination of Shuangshuifeng San enema combined with Mesalazin sustained release granules and meisalazine sustained-release granules alone, and the effect of the former is better.
