【摘要】：正隨著人們生活水平的不斷提高,生活習(xí)慣和環(huán)境等多種因素的改變,非酒精性脂肪性肝病(Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)的發(fā)病率逐年升高,發(fā)病年齡也越來越年輕化,除中老年人以外,年輕人也成為發(fā)病的高危人群;非酒精性脂肪肝已嚴(yán)重威脅著人類的公共健康。進(jìn)行NAFLD的發(fā)病機(jī)制和防治基礎(chǔ)研究,都需要一種理想的實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物模型。本文通過查閱文獻(xiàn)資料,對目前廣泛研究及前
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of people's living standard and the change of living habits and environment, the incidence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is increasing year by year, and the onset age is getting younger and younger. Young people are also at high risk; non-alcoholic fatty liver is a serious threat to human public health. In order to study the pathogenesis and prevention of NAFLD, an ideal animal model is needed. By consulting the literature, this paper studies the current extensive research and the previous research.
