【摘要】：對2013年12月至2014年12月在我院診斷為慢性病毒性肝炎的54例患者進行Fibro Touch肝臟硬度及肝纖維化指標的檢測。結果顯示,肝纖維化4項指標均與肝臟硬度值呈顯著的正相關(相關系數(shù)分別為0.71,0.48,0.36,0.75,P0.01)。Fibro Touch作為診斷肝纖維化的無創(chuàng)新技術,檢測快速,操作簡便,可重復進行,價格較低,患者易于接受,可動態(tài)觀察肝臟彈性值的變化,值得在臨床上推廣。
[Abstract]:Detection of Fibro Touch liver stiffness and liver fibrosis index in 54 cases from December 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital diagnosed as chronic viral hepatitis patients. The results showed that 4 indexes of hepatic fibrosis were positively correlated with liver stiffness values (correlation coefficients were 0.71,0.48,0.36,0.75, P0.01,.Fibro) Touch for the diagnosis of liver fibrosis No innovation, dimension of quick detection, simple operation, can be repeated, the price is low, can be easily accepted by patients, to observe the dynamic change of liver elasticity value, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
