【摘要】：對(duì)2013年12月至2014年12月在我院診斷為慢性病毒性肝炎的54例患者進(jìn)行Fibro Touch肝臟硬度及肝纖維化指標(biāo)的檢測(cè)。結(jié)果顯示,肝纖維化4項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均與肝臟硬度值呈顯著的正相關(guān)(相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.71,0.48,0.36,0.75,P0.01)。Fibro Touch作為診斷肝纖維化的無(wú)創(chuàng)新技術(shù),檢測(cè)快速,操作簡(jiǎn)便,可重復(fù)進(jìn)行,價(jià)格較低,患者易于接受,可動(dòng)態(tài)觀察肝臟彈性值的變化,值得在臨床上推廣。
[Abstract]:From December 2013 to December 2014, 54 patients diagnosed as chronic viral hepatitis in our hospital were examined for liver hardness and liver fibrosis index by Fibro Touch. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the four indexes of hepatic fibrosis and the hardness of liver (the correlation coefficients were 0.71 ~ 0.48 ~ 0.36 ~ 0.36 ~ 0.75% P ~ (0.01). Fibro Touch was a non-innovative technique for the diagnosis of liver fibrosis, which was rapid, easy to operate, repeatable and low in price. Patients are easy to accept and can dynamically observe the changes of liver elasticity, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
