【摘要】：探討吲哚美辛栓劑對不同種類的高危患者逆行性胰膽管造影(ERCP)術(shù)后急性胰腺炎的預(yù)防作用,將符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者按1∶1的比例分為治療組和對照組,采用亞組分析比較吲哚美辛栓在不同患者中對ERCP術(shù)后胰腺炎的預(yù)防作用的差異。結(jié)果顯示,ERCP術(shù)后使用吲哚美辛組胰腺炎發(fā)生率顯著低于對照組。對于胰管置管失敗的患者,使用吲哚美辛組胰腺炎發(fā)生率低于對照組;對于未嘗試胰管置管的患者及置管成功的患者,兩組間胰腺炎發(fā)生率并無顯著差異。提示使用吲哚美辛栓可降低ERCP術(shù)后胰腺炎的發(fā)生率。對于胰管置管失敗患者ERCP術(shù)后給予吲哚美辛栓降低術(shù)后胰腺炎風(fēng)險的獲益最大。
[Abstract]:To investigate the preventive effect of indomethacin suppository on acute pancreatitis after ERCPG in different high risk patients, the patients who met the criteria were divided into treatment group and control group according to the proportion of 1:1. Subgroup analysis was used to compare the preventive effects of indomethacin suppository on pancreatitis after ERCP in different patients. The results showed that the incidence of pancreatitis in indomethacin group after ERCP was significantly lower than that in control group. The incidence of pancreatitis in the indomethacin group was lower than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference in the incidence of pancreatitis between the two groups. The results suggest that indomethacin suppository can reduce the incidence of pancreatitis after ERCP. Indomethacin was given to patients with failed pancreatic duct placement after ERCP to reduce the risk of pancreatitis.
