【摘要】：目的探討血清IL-23、內(nèi)臟脂肪特異性絲氨酸蛋白酶抑制劑(vaspin)和卵泡抑素樣蛋白1(fstl1)水平在潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎(UC)病情評(píng)估中的價(jià)值。方法選擇UC患者96例(UC組),其中緩解期35例、活動(dòng)期61例(輕度15例、中度35例、重度11例),另選健康體檢者100例作為對(duì)照組,比較兩組血清IL-23、vaspin和fstl1水平。結(jié)果與對(duì)照組比較,UC組血清IL-23、vaspin和fstl1水平明顯增高(P均0.05),且活動(dòng)期UC患者各指標(biāo)水平較緩解期更高(P均0.05)�；顒�(dòng)期UC患者隨著病情加重,血清IL-23、vaspin和fstl1水平逐漸升高(P均0.05)。結(jié)論血清IL-23、vaspin和fstl1水平對(duì)UC嚴(yán)重程度的早期判斷具有一定臨床參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value of serum IL-23, visceral fat specific serine protease inhibitor (vaspin) and follicle-like protein (fstl1) in the evaluation of ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods 96 patients with UC were selected as control group, including 35 cases in remission period, 61 cases in active stage (mild 15 cases, moderate 35 cases, severe 11 cases) and 100 healthy persons as control group. The serum levels of IL-23 vaspin and fstl1 were compared between the two groups. Results compared with the control group, the serum levels of IL-23 vaspin and fstl1 in the UC group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the levels of each index in the active UC patients were higher than those in the remission stage (P 0.05). The serum levels of IL-23 vaspin and fstl1 increased gradually with the exacerbation of active UC patients (P < 0.05). Conclusion Serum levels of IL-23 vaspin and fstl1 may be useful for early diagnosis of UC severity.
