【摘要】：正炎癥性腸病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是一組病因尚不十分明確的累及消化道的慢性非特異性疾病,包括潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎(Ulcerative colitis,UC)和克羅恩病(Crohn’s disease,CD)。診斷須綜合臨床表現(xiàn)、實(shí)驗(yàn)室和放射學(xué)檢查、內(nèi)鏡及病理學(xué)檢查,并在排除其他原因引起的腸道炎癥基礎(chǔ)上診斷UC和CD。但仍有近5%~15%的IBD患者病變僅累及結(jié)腸,
[Abstract]:Inflammatory bowel disease (bowel) is a group of chronic nonspecific diseases involving the digestive tract, including ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohns disease (CDD). Diagnosis should be based on clinical manifestations, laboratory and radiologic examination, endoscopy and pathology, and the diagnosis of UC and CD on the basis of the exclusion of intestinal inflammation caused by other causes.
