【摘要】：近年來,間充質(zhì)干細胞移植療法作為治療肝臟疾病的再生療法漸受關(guān)注,大量的研究表明,間充質(zhì)干細胞能促進受損肝臟的恢復(fù)。然而,間充質(zhì)干細胞的增殖、分化和歸巢影響著治療的效果。研究表明中藥可以誘導(dǎo)間充質(zhì)干細胞分化為肝細胞,文章旨在為中醫(yī)藥干預(yù)間充質(zhì)干細胞的現(xiàn)狀及前景在治療肝硬化的研究領(lǐng)域進行探討。
[Abstract]:In recent years, mesenchymal stem cell transplantation has attracted more and more attention as a regenerative therapy for liver diseases. A large number of studies have shown that mesenchymal stem cells can promote the recovery of damaged liver. However, the proliferation, differentiation and homing of mesenchymal stem cells affect the therapeutic effect. It is suggested that Chinese herbal medicine can induce mesenchymal stem cells to differentiate into hepatocytes. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the present situation and prospect of Chinese medicine intervention in the treatment of liver cirrhosis.
