【摘要】：目的:探討甘草瀉心湯與美沙拉嗪聯(lián)合治療潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎(UC)的臨床療效及對(duì)患者血清炎癥細(xì)胞因子的影響。方法:將88例UC(寒熱錯(cuò)雜型)患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組與對(duì)照組,每組44例。對(duì)照組給予美沙拉嗪緩釋顆�？诜�,1.0 g/次,4次/天;觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上加用甘草瀉心湯。兩組療程均為2個(gè)月,比較兩組臨床療效及血清炎癥指標(biāo)變化。結(jié)果:觀察組臨床療效總有效率、中醫(yī)證候療效總有效率均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);治療后觀察組中醫(yī)證候積分、Baron評(píng)分及血清TNF-α、IL-8、IL-17、IL-23顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),IBDQ評(píng)分及血清IL-10顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);觀察組復(fù)發(fā)率顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:甘草瀉心湯聯(lián)合美沙拉嗪治療UC能顯著改善患者臨床癥狀及體征、提高患者生活質(zhì)量。調(diào)節(jié)血清炎癥細(xì)胞因子水平、參與免疫調(diào)節(jié)可能是其治療UC和預(yù)防復(fù)發(fā)的主要機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the effect of combination of glycyrrhizin Decoction and mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC) and the effect on serum inflammatory cytokines in patients. Methods: 88 cases of UC (cold and hot mixed type) were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 44 cases in each group. The control group was given oral mesalazine sustained-release granules, 1 g/ times, 4 times / day; The two groups were treated with Glycyrrhiza Xiexin Decoction on the basis of the control group. The treatment of the two groups was 2 months, compared the clinical curative effect of the two groups and the changes of serum inflammation index. Results: the total effective rate of the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05). After the treatment, the TCM syndrome score, Baron score and serum TNF- a, IL-8, IL-17, were observed in the observation group. IL-23 was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05), the IBDQ score and serum IL-10 were significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05), and the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: glycyrrhizin decoction combined with mesalazine in the treatment of UC can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs, improve the quality of life of the patients, regulate the level of serum inflammatory cytokines and participate in the immunization. Regulation may be the main mechanism for its treatment of UC and prevention of recurrence.
