【摘要】：目的:探討甘草瀉心湯與美沙拉嗪聯(lián)合治療潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎(UC)的臨床療效及對患者血清炎癥細(xì)胞因子的影響。方法:將88例UC(寒熱錯雜型)患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組與對照組,每組44例。對照組給予美沙拉嗪緩釋顆�？诜�,1.0 g/次,4次/天;觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上加用甘草瀉心湯。兩組療程均為2個月,比較兩組臨床療效及血清炎癥指標(biāo)變化。結(jié)果:觀察組臨床療效總有效率、中醫(yī)證候療效總有效率均顯著高于對照組(P0.05);治療后觀察組中醫(yī)證候積分、Baron評分及血清TNF-α、IL-8、IL-17、IL-23顯著低于對照組(P0.05),IBDQ評分及血清IL-10顯著高于對照組(P0.05);觀察組復(fù)發(fā)率顯著低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:甘草瀉心湯聯(lián)合美沙拉嗪治療UC能顯著改善患者臨床癥狀及體征、提高患者生活質(zhì)量。調(diào)節(jié)血清炎癥細(xì)胞因子水平、參與免疫調(diào)節(jié)可能是其治療UC和預(yù)防復(fù)發(fā)的主要機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of combination of Licorice Xiexin decoction and mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis and the effect on the inflammatory cytokines in patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods: 88 patients with UC (cold and heat disorder) were randomly divided into observation group (n = 44) and control group (n = 44). The control group was treated with mesalazine sustained-release granule for 4 times a day, and the observation group was treated with Licorice Xiexin decoction on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated for 2 months. The changes of clinical efficacy and serum inflammatory indexes were compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group, The total effective rate of TCM syndromes was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05A), the score of TCM syndrome score and the serum TNF- 偽 IL-8IL-17 IL-23 were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group (P 0.05) and the serum IL-10 was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: Glycyrrhiza Xiexin decoction combined with mesalazine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs and improve the quality of life of patients with UC. Regulating the level of serum inflammatory cytokines and participating in immunomodulation may be the main mechanism for the treatment of UC and the prevention of recurrence.
