【摘要】：目的探討血液灌流(HP)聯(lián)合連續(xù)性靜脈-靜脈血液濾過(guò)(CVVH)技術(shù)治療高脂血癥性胰腺炎(HLP)的臨床療效。方法將19例HLP患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,聯(lián)合治療組10例采用HP+CVVH治療,對(duì)照組9例采用常規(guī)CVVH治療,比較兩組治療前后甘油三酯(TG);腫瘤壞死因子(TNF)-α、白介素(IL)-1、IL-6等細(xì)胞因子水平及急性生理與慢性健康評(píng)分(APACHE)Ⅱ和存活率。結(jié)果聯(lián)合治療組治療7 d后TG、TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6及APACHEⅡ評(píng)分均呈下降趨勢(shì),與對(duì)照組比較差異顯著(P0.05);聯(lián)合治療組存活率7/10(70%)明顯高于對(duì)照組5/9(55.6%)。結(jié)論 HP聯(lián)合CVVH治療能迅速降低血脂,有效調(diào)整炎癥因子水平,改善HLP患者預(yù)后,提高存活率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of hemoperfusion combined with continuous veno-venous hemofiltration (CVVH) in the treatment of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis.
