    前言：研究背景 健康相關(guān)生存質(zhì)量(health related quality of life,HRQOL)是一個(gè)多維的概念,包括生理、心理和社會(huì)功能,是患者對(duì)自身健康狀況和健康對(duì)日常生活影響的主觀體驗(yàn)指標(biāo)。炎癥性腸病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是消化系統(tǒng)的慢性病,包括潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)和克羅恩病(Crohn s disease,CD)。IBD多發(fā)于青年人,病程冗長(zhǎng),長(zhǎng)期的腸道和全身癥狀勢(shì)必影響到患者的情感和社會(huì)功能。近年來(lái),國(guó)外有關(guān)IBD患者HRQOL的研究很多,其中,評(píng)價(jià)量表尤其是疾病特異量表的研制是一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容。測(cè)量IBD患者HRQOL的疾病特異量表有許多版本,其中以加拿大學(xué)者Irvine等于1989年研制的炎癥性腸病生存質(zhì)量問(wèn)卷(inflammatory bowel disease questionnaire,IBDQ)最為常用,其量表的信效度評(píng)價(jià)也最為完整。IBDQ曾先后被翻譯和修訂為多種語(yǔ)言,均被證實(shí)信效度較好。國(guó)內(nèi)僅Leong等于2003年修訂了該問(wèn)卷的香港中文版,由于地域、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的差異,香港中文版并。。。
