【摘要】：正肝硬化門(mén)靜脈高壓性脾亢主要引起脾臟腫大、血細(xì)胞數(shù)量下降,導(dǎo)致患者發(fā)生貧血、凝血功能障礙、感染等嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥。脾亢的治療從傳統(tǒng)的全脾切除術(shù)、部分脾臟切除術(shù)發(fā)展到部分脾動(dòng)脈栓塞術(shù);近年來(lái),腫瘤熱凝固治療在肝癌、肺癌等實(shí)體腫瘤中取得了良好療效,由此掀起了一股熱凝固治療的研究熱潮,研究者們對(duì)消融治療脾亢也進(jìn)行了深入的探
[Abstract]:The hypersplenism caused by portal hypertension in positive cirrhosis mainly caused splenomegaly and the decrease of blood cell number, which resulted in anemia, coagulation dysfunction, infection and other serious complications. The treatment of hypersplenism has developed from traditional total splenectomy, partial splenectomy to partial splenic artery embolization. As a result, there is a hot wave of research on thermocoagulation therapy, and the researchers have also made a deep exploration into the treatment of hypersplenism by ablation.
