【摘要】：目的分析陜西省6個(gè)試點(diǎn)區(qū)縣急性乙型肝炎(乙肝)監(jiān)測項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施效果,為提高乙肝監(jiān)測質(zhì)量提供依據(jù)。方法采用描述性流行病學(xué)方法,比較分析急性乙肝監(jiān)測前期(2010-2012年)和監(jiān)測期(2013-2015年)急性乙肝報(bào)告發(fā)病率、乙肝病例分類構(gòu)成比等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 6個(gè)試點(diǎn)區(qū)縣急性乙肝年均報(bào)告發(fā)病率從監(jiān)測前期的20.89/10萬下降到監(jiān)測期的7.11/10萬;急性乙肝病例構(gòu)成從28.16%下降到22.80%,慢性乙肝病例構(gòu)成從45.26%上升到72.80%,未分類病例從26.58%下降到4.40%。試點(diǎn)區(qū)縣監(jiān)測前期的急性乙肝年均報(bào)告發(fā)病率高于全省的10.29/10萬,監(jiān)測期低于全省的9.76/10萬。結(jié)論陜西省急性乙肝監(jiān)測項(xiàng)目有效提高了乙肝病例分類的準(zhǔn)確性,急性乙肝報(bào)告發(fā)病率高于實(shí)際水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of acute hepatitis B monitoring project in 6 pilot counties of Shaanxi Province, and to provide basis for improving the quality of hepatitis B surveillance. Methods descriptive epidemiological methods were used to compare and analyze the reported incidence of acute hepatitis B in the early period of acute hepatitis B surveillance (2010-2012) and the surveillance period (2013-2015). Results the annual reported incidence of acute hepatitis B decreased from 20.89% to 7.11% in 6 pilot counties, the proportion of acute hepatitis B cases decreased from 28.16% to 22.80%, the proportion of chronic hepatitis B cases increased from 45.26% to 72.80%, and the unclassified cases decreased from 26.58% to 4.40%. The average annual reported incidence of acute hepatitis B in the pilot area and county was higher than that in the whole province (10.29 / 100,000), and the surveillance period was lower than that in the whole province (97.6% / 100 000). Conclusion the acute hepatitis B surveillance project in Shaanxi Province can effectively improve the accuracy of the classification of hepatitis B cases, and the reported incidence of acute hepatitis B is higher than the actual level.
