【摘要】：目的：通過對(duì)肝膽濕熱型慢性膽囊炎理論的認(rèn)識(shí)和臨床的實(shí)踐技能，運(yùn)用大柴胡湯結(jié)合膽維他膠囊方法與單純運(yùn)用膽維他膠囊治療慢性膽囊炎臨床療效的觀察，為提高其作用，提供理論依據(jù)。 材料與方法：所選所有的60位病例均來自遼寧中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院(遼寧省中醫(yī)院)普外科門診2012年03月到2014年03月的辨證為肝膽濕熱型的慢性膽囊炎患者，分成治療組30例，對(duì)照組30例，對(duì)照組常規(guī)口服膽維他膠囊，每次1粒（25mg），每日三次口服，加上必要的休息治療。治療組在口服膽維他膠囊基礎(chǔ)上加用大柴胡湯加減治療，以此來評(píng)估大柴胡湯結(jié)合膽維他膠囊對(duì)于肝膽濕熱型慢性膽囊炎的治療作用及療效觀察。 結(jié)果： 評(píng)定結(jié)果采用分組對(duì)比，治療組總有效率為90%，對(duì)照組總有效率為73.3%，兩組有顯著差異（p0.05）。運(yùn)用大柴胡湯結(jié)合膽維他膠囊治療肝膽濕熱型慢性膽囊炎，結(jié)果表示優(yōu)于單純運(yùn)用膽維他膠囊治療。 結(jié)論： 大柴胡湯具有和解少陽(yáng)，解郁行氣，內(nèi)泄熱解的作用，經(jīng)過辯證施治基礎(chǔ)上經(jīng)過加減在治療上能夠在一定程度緩解肝膽濕熱型慢性膽囊炎的臨床癥狀，，證明有較好的治療效果，療效滿意。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Dachaihu decoction combined with Danwei capsule method on chronic cholecystitis with damp-heat liver and gallbladder dampness heat type, so as to improve the effect of Dachaihu decoction on chronic cholecystitis. To provide theoretical basis. Materials and methods: all 60 cases of chronic cholecystitis with liver and gallbladder dampness heat type were selected from general surgery outpatient department of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine (Liaoning traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital) from March 2012 to March 2014, and were divided into treatment group (30 cases). In the control group, 30 cases were treated by routine oral administration of Danweitar capsule, 1 tablet of 25 mg / time, three times a day, plus necessary rest therapy. The treatment group was treated with Dachaihu decoction on the basis of oral Danwei capsule to evaluate the therapeutic effect and curative effect of Dachaihu decoction combined with Danwei capsule on chronic cholecystitis of damp-heat type of liver and gallbladder. Results: The total effective rate was 90 in the treatment group and 73.3 in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The treatment of chronic cholecystitis of damp-heat type of liver and gallbladder with Dachaihu decoction combined with Danwei capsule was better than that of using Danwei capsule alone. Conclusion: Dachaihu decoction has the effect of reconciling Shaoyang, relieving depression and regulating qi, and releasing heat from inside. On the basis of dialectical treatment, it can alleviate the clinical symptoms of chronic cholecystitis of damp-heat type of liver and gallbladder on the basis of dialectical treatment, and prove that it has better therapeutic effect. The curative effect is satisfactory.
