胃電磁信號(hào)的檢測(cè)與分析方法研究

【摘要】:胃部信號(hào)包含胃快波和胃慢波兩部分。目前對(duì)于胃部信號(hào)的檢測(cè)主要分為兩個(gè)方向,一個(gè)是胃電信號(hào)的檢測(cè),另一個(gè)就是胃磁信號(hào)的檢測(cè)。胃的消化功能是人體的重要機(jī)能,胃功能強(qiáng)弱直接影響著人體對(duì)所需要營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的吸收和利用,與人類的自身健康息息相關(guān)。但是至今對(duì)這一領(lǐng)域的研究仍然缺乏有效的檢測(cè)手段,主要是因?yàn)槲覆肯到y(tǒng)本身就可認(rèn)為是一個(gè)較為復(fù)雜的待檢測(cè)系統(tǒng),又由于其自身的獨(dú)特構(gòu)造以及所處在人體內(nèi)的位置,所以胃電磁信號(hào)檢測(cè)領(lǐng)域還需要學(xué)者投入更多的精力研究才能得到長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展。本文首先進(jìn)行了胃電信號(hào)的檢測(cè)與分析。胃電采集系統(tǒng)電路的主電路由一級(jí)放大電路,帶通濾波器與主放大電路組成。并對(duì)采集到的胃電信號(hào)進(jìn)行分析與研究。胃磁信號(hào)的檢測(cè)目前主要的依靠手段是超導(dǎo)量子干涉儀(Superconducting Quantum Interference Device, SQUID),但是該儀器體積巨大并且價(jià)格昂貴。針對(duì)以上的不足之處,本文提出了基于巨磁阻抗效應(yīng)傳感器(Giant Magneto-Impedance sensor, GMI sensor)進(jìn)行胃磁信號(hào)的檢測(cè)方法,并且對(duì)測(cè)得的胃磁信號(hào)進(jìn)行胃磁快波信號(hào)提取。由于胃磁信號(hào)十分微弱并含有噪聲,本文中設(shè)計(jì)了由儀表放大電路與一個(gè)同相比例放大電路組成的兩級(jí)放大電路、濾波電路,有效地濾除了噪音信號(hào)。傳統(tǒng)的分離方法采用的是盲源分離算法,該方法用于分析胃磁信號(hào)時(shí)存在精度不高的缺陷,本文給出了小波分析與盲源分離相結(jié)合的信號(hào)分離方法,對(duì)胃磁快慢波進(jìn)行分離,可有效地分離出快慢波信號(hào)。對(duì)胃磁信號(hào)進(jìn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)J椒纸?Empirical Mode Decomposition, EMD),在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行Hilbert譜與邊際譜計(jì)算,得到各個(gè)頻率分量的百分比,以此作為胃動(dòng)力功能狀態(tài)分類特征。采用支持向量機(jī)(Support Vector Machine, SVM)進(jìn)行胃磁快波信號(hào)的分類,檢測(cè)胃動(dòng)力異常。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,本文的分類方法具有較高的精度。
[Abstract]:The gastric signal consists of two parts: the fast wave of stomach and the slow wave of stomach.At present, the detection of gastric signals is divided into two directions, one is the detection of gastric electrical signals, the other is the detection of gastric magnetic signals.The digestive function of the stomach is an important function of the human body. The strength of the gastric function directly affects the absorption and utilization of nutrients needed by the human body and is closely related to human health.However, there is still a lack of effective detection methods in this field, mainly because the stomach system itself can be regarded as a more complex system to be detected, and because of its unique structure and position in the human body.Therefore, the field of gastric electromagnetic signal detection still needs scholars to invest more energy in order to get considerable development.In this paper, the detection and analysis of gastric electrical signals are carried out.The main circuit of the gag acquisition system consists of a primary amplifier circuit, a bandpass filter and a main amplifier circuit.The analysis and research of the collected gastric electrical signals were carried out.At present, the main means of detecting gastric magnetic signal is superconducting Quantum Interference device, but this instrument is huge and expensive.In view of the above shortcomings, this paper presents a method for detecting the gastric magnetic signal based on Giant Magneto-Impedance sensor (GMI sensor), and extracts the fast wave signal from the measured signal.Because the gastric magnetic signal is very weak and contains noise, a two-stage amplifier circuit, which is composed of the instrument amplifier circuit and the in-phase proportional amplifier circuit, is designed in this paper. The filter circuit can filter the noise signal effectively.The traditional separation method uses blind source separation algorithm, which has some defects in analyzing gastric magnetic signals. In this paper, a signal separation method combining wavelet analysis and blind source separation is presented to separate fast and slow gastric magnetic signals.The fast and slow wave signals can be separated effectively.On the basis of empirical Mode decomposition of gastric magnetic signal, the Hilbert spectrum and marginal spectrum were calculated, and the percentage of each frequency component was obtained, which was regarded as the classification feature of gastric motility state.The gastric magnetic fast wave signals were classified by support vector machine (SVM) and abnormal gastric motility was detected.The experimental results show that the classification method in this paper has high accuracy.
