乙型肝炎病毒感染患者HBV-DNA載量與血清及肝纖維化標志物的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的探討乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染患者HBV-DNA載量與血清及肝纖維化標志物的相關(guān)性。方法選取2012年1月-2015年12月醫(yī)院收治的86例HBV感染患者,按照HBV血清標志物分為A組(大三陽)21例、B組(小三陽)35例、C組(除外大小三陽的HBsAg+表型)24例、D組(抗體陽性及全陰)6例,根據(jù)HBVDNA載量分為5個級別分為10~3 IU/ml組、10~3~10~5 IU/ml組、10~5~10~6 IU/ml組、10~6~10~8 IU/ml組和10~8IU/ml組。結(jié)果 A組HBV-DNA載量顯著高于B組和C組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);C組HBV-DNA載量顯著高于B組(P0.05);透明質(zhì)酸(HA)隨著HBV-DNA復(fù)制水平的增高而增高,5個不同級別HBV-DNA載量組兩兩比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);層粘連蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前膠原肽(PⅢP)、Ⅳ型膠原(CⅣ)在10~3IU/ml組、10~3~10~5 IU/ml組、10~5~10~6 IU/ml組中隨著患者血清HBV-DNA載量上升也隨之遞增,而在10~6~10~8 IU/ml組和10~8 IU/ml組中隨著血清HBV-DNA載量上升出現(xiàn)相對降低的現(xiàn)象。結(jié)論 HBV-DNA載量與HBV血清標志物不同模式組存在相關(guān)性,并與LN、PⅢP、CⅣ存在相關(guān)性,但不呈直線相關(guān)關(guān)系,與HA呈正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between HBV-DNA load and serum and hepatic fibrosis markers in patients with hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection.Methods 86 patients with HBV infection were selected from January 2012 to December 2015.According to the serum markers of HBV, group A was divided into two groups: group A (21 cases of large and small yolk) and group B (35 cases of small group C) (with the exception of 24 cases of HBsAg phenotype with the exception of large and small three positive positive and 6 cases of total yin).According to the HBVDNA load, 5 grades were divided into 10 ~ (3) IU/ml group (n = 10), 10 ~ (10) IU/ml group (n = 10) and 10 ~ 10 ~ (6) IU/ml group (n = 10) and 10~8IU/ml group (n = 10).Results the HBV-DNA load of group A was significantly higher than that of group B and group C.The HBV-DNA load of group C was significantly higher than that of group B (P 0.05), and that of hyaluronic acid (HA) increased with the increase of HBV-DNA replication level.Collagen peptide P 鈪,
