【摘要】：目的:觀察丁溴東莨菪堿輔助治療胃潰瘍的療效和安全性。方法:回顧性分析160例胃潰瘍患者資料,按用藥的不同均分為傳統(tǒng)組和聯(lián)合組。傳統(tǒng)組患者給予抑酸、止血等常規(guī)治療;聯(lián)合組患者在傳統(tǒng)組治療的基礎(chǔ)上給予注射用丁溴東莨菪堿20mg,肌內(nèi)注射,每日1次,連續(xù)7 d,后繼續(xù)常規(guī)治療。兩組患者療程均為8周。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效、不同時(shí)間內(nèi)腹痛完全緩解的患者例數(shù),治療后1年內(nèi)的復(fù)發(fā)率,并記錄不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:聯(lián)合組患者總有效率顯著高于傳統(tǒng)組,復(fù)發(fā)率顯著低于傳統(tǒng)組,不同時(shí)間內(nèi)腹痛完全緩解例數(shù)均顯著多于傳統(tǒng)組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組患者治療期間均未見明顯不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生。結(jié)論:在常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上,丁溴東莨菪堿可用于輔助治療胃潰瘍,可明顯縮短胃潰瘍患者腹痛緩解時(shí)間,降低復(fù)發(fā)率,安全性較好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy and safety of scopolamine in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods: the data of 160 patients with gastric ulcer were analyzed retrospectively.The patients in the traditional group were treated with conventional therapy such as acid suppression and hemostasis, and the patients in the combined group were given intramuscular injection of scopolamine 20 mg, intramuscularly, once a day for 7 days, and then continued with routine treatment.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups, the number of patients with complete remission of abdominal pain in different time, the recurrence rate within 1 year after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed.Results: the total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the traditional group, and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the traditional group.No significant adverse reactions occurred during treatment in both groups.Conclusion: on the basis of routine treatment, butyromo scopolamine can be used as adjuvant in the treatment of gastric ulcer, it can obviously shorten the time of relieving abdominal pain and reduce the recurrence rate in patients with gastric ulcer, and the safety is good.
