肝臟疾病微RNA胞間傳遞研究的現(xiàn)狀與思考

【摘要】:微RNA(microRNAs)是一類通過調(diào)控基因表達(dá)參與機(jī)體生理、病理過程的非編碼RNA.近來,研究證實(shí)其可在肝臟不同類型細(xì)胞間進(jìn)行傳遞,以調(diào)控靶細(xì)胞的功能,從而參與肝臟疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展.但其在不同類型肝臟細(xì)胞間傳遞的直接實(shí)驗(yàn)證據(jù)——細(xì)胞共培養(yǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)仍需考慮:不同類型細(xì)胞在共培養(yǎng)時(shí)的數(shù)量比例及miRNAs在不同細(xì)胞間傳遞的方向.miRNAs的胞間傳遞作為肝臟疾病病理機(jī)制的重要理論創(chuàng)新,在研究過程中仍需要考慮臨床實(shí)踐.本文對(duì)近期關(guān)于微RNA胞間傳遞與肝臟疾病的研究進(jìn)行綜述,以期促進(jìn)對(duì)相關(guān)研究的思考.
[Abstract]:MicroRNAs microRNAss are a class of non-coding RNAs that participate in physiological and pathological processes by regulating gene expression.Recently, it has been demonstrated that it can be transfered between different types of cells in the liver to regulate the function of target cells and thus participate in the occurrence and development of liver diseases.But the direct experimental evidence of its transmission between different types of liver cells-cell co-culture experiment still needs to consider: the number of different types of cells in co-culture and the direction of miRNAs transmission between different cells .miRNAs intercellular transmissionAs an important theoretical innovation in the pathological mechanism of liver diseases,Clinical practice still needs to be considered in the course of research.In this paper, the recent studies on intercellular transmission of micro and liver diseases were reviewed in order to promote the related research.
