【摘要】：目的研究慢性乙型肝炎白介素(IL)-18及其結(jié)合蛋白與乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)DNA載量的相關(guān)性。方法將慢性乙型肝炎患者160例根據(jù)HBV-DNA載量不同分為高載量組和低載量組,檢測(cè)兩組患者的IL-18及其結(jié)合蛋白含量、肝纖維化指標(biāo)以及免疫功能指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 1高載量組患者血清中IL-18含量高于低載量組,IL-18BP含量低于低載量組;2肝纖維化指標(biāo):高載量組患者的透明質(zhì)酸酶(HA)、層黏連蛋白(LN)、Ⅳ型膠原(ⅣC)、Ⅲ型前膠原(PⅢNP)水平均高于低載量組;3高載量組患者的CD4+T細(xì)胞、CD16/65+自然殺傷細(xì)胞(NK)含量低于低載量組,CD8+T細(xì)胞的含量高于低載量組;4IL-18含量與HA、LN、ⅣC、PⅢNP水平以及CD8+T細(xì)胞含量呈正相關(guān)(β=2.245~2.654,R=0.458~0.782,t=6.182~8.654,P0.05),與CD4+T細(xì)胞、CD16/65+NK細(xì)胞含量呈負(fù)相關(guān)(β=-2.753,-2.648,R=-0.478,-0.532,t=7.032,7.294,P0.05)。結(jié)論慢性乙型肝炎患者血清中IL-18含量增高,IL-18BP含量降低,且二者與HBV DNA載量、肝纖維化程度、免疫功能具有良好的相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between interleukin-18 (IL-18) and its binding protein and the DNA load of hepatitis B virus (HBV) in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB).Methods 160 patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into high load group and low load group according to HBV-DNA load.
