【摘要】：目的分析中藥方劑V治療闌尾周圍膿腫患者的臨床療效。方法闌尾周圍膿腫患者72例,根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分成兩組,觀察組使用中藥方劑V和傳統(tǒng)西醫(yī)治療,對(duì)照組僅使用傳統(tǒng)西醫(yī)進(jìn)行治療。對(duì)兩組患者的治療情況應(yīng)用SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果觀察組與對(duì)照組相比較,患者疼痛緩解時(shí)間早,住院時(shí)間縮短,且住院費(fèi)用減少,人腫瘤壞死因子α、白細(xì)胞因子-6和C反應(yīng)蛋白都明顯下降,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論中藥方劑V治療闌尾周圍膿腫能夠顯著提高臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of V patients with periappendicural abscess. Methods patients with periappendicural abscess in 72 cases, according to randomly divided into two groups, the observation group used traditional Chinese medicine V and conventional western medicine treatment, the control group using only conventional western medicine treatment. The treatment of application of SPSS statistical software for the two groups of patients were statistical analysis. Results the observation group compared with the control group, the pain relief time, hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses and reduction of human tumor necrosis factor alpha, cytokines -6 and C reactive protein were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the TCM treatment of appendiceal abscess can significantly V to improve the clinical efficacy.
