【摘要】：目的探討功能性消化不良綜合征患者出現(xiàn)焦慮狀態(tài)的影響因素。方法選取功能性消化不良綜合征患者280例。對所有患者進行問卷調(diào)查,調(diào)查內(nèi)容包括患者性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、受教育程度、健康狀況、功能性消化不良臨床癥狀、是否伴有其他慢性疾病、是否有家族史、近期是否經(jīng)歷負(fù)性生活事件、功能性消化不良病程等。對所有患者采用漢密爾頓焦慮量表(HAMA)對焦慮狀態(tài)進行評估。通過有序多分類Logistic回歸分析法分析功能性消化不良綜合征患者出現(xiàn)焦慮狀態(tài)的影響因素。結(jié)果 280例患者中存在焦慮狀態(tài)71例,焦慮狀態(tài)的發(fā)生率為25.36%。單因素分析結(jié)果顯示,年齡≥30歲、婚姻狀況差、健康狀況差、伴有其他慢性疾病、有家族史、近期發(fā)生負(fù)性生活事件及病程≥3年是功能性消化不良綜合征患者出現(xiàn)焦慮狀態(tài)的影響因素(P均0.05)。多因素分析結(jié)果顯示,年齡≥30歲、婚姻狀況差、健康狀況差、伴有其他慢性疾病及近期發(fā)生負(fù)性生活事件是功能性消化不良出現(xiàn)焦慮狀態(tài)的危險因素(P均0.05)。結(jié)論功能性消化不良綜合征患者易出現(xiàn)焦慮狀態(tài),年齡≥30歲、婚姻狀況差、健康狀況差、伴有其他慢性疾病及近期發(fā)生負(fù)性生活事件是導(dǎo)致患者發(fā)生焦慮狀態(tài)的影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the influencing factors of anxiety in patients with functional dyspepsia syndrome.Methods 280 patients with functional dyspepsia syndrome were selected.A questionnaire survey was conducted on all patients, including gender, age, marital status, education, health status, clinical symptoms of functional dyspepsia, other chronic diseases, and family history.Whether recent experience negative life events, functional dyspepsia course and so on.All patients were assessed with Hamilton anxiety scale (Hama).The influencing factors of anxiety state in patients with functional dyspepsia syndrome were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis.Results there were 71 cases of anxiety state in 280 patients, and the incidence of anxiety state was 25.36%.Univariate analysis showed that age 鈮，
