【摘要】：肝纖維化是一種在世界范圍內(nèi)高發(fā)病率與高死亡率的疾病,嚴(yán)重威脅人們的生活質(zhì)量。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),免疫系統(tǒng)的激活與肝纖維化的發(fā)生發(fā)展關(guān)系密切,其中尤以樹突狀細(xì)胞(dendritic cells,DCs)在肝纖維化中的作用最為明顯。研究表明,DCs對肝臟免疫功能具有關(guān)鍵調(diào)節(jié)作用,不僅能夠介導(dǎo)肝臟免疫系統(tǒng)的激活和炎癥反應(yīng)的發(fā)生,同時對肝纖維化的發(fā)生發(fā)展進(jìn)程有重要影響。進(jìn)一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn),DCs在肝纖維化的不同時期對疾病的作用不同,在疾病的早期及消退期,DCs具有抗肝纖維化的作用;而在疾病的中期,DCs則發(fā)揮相反的作用。該文對DCs在肝纖維化中作用的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,探討DCs介導(dǎo)調(diào)控肝纖維化的內(nèi)在機(jī)制,為肝纖維化后續(xù)的科學(xué)研究及指導(dǎo)臨床提供重要參考。
[Abstract]:Liver fibrosis is a worldwide disease with high morbidity and mortality, which seriously threatens people's quality of life.It has been found that the activation of immune system is closely related to the occurrence and development of hepatic fibrosis, especially dendritic cell dendritic cells (DCs) play the most important role in liver fibrosis.It has been shown that DCs play a key role in regulating the immune function of the liver, which not only mediates the activation of the liver immune system and the occurrence of inflammation, but also plays an important role in the process of the occurrence and development of liver fibrosis.It was further found that DCs had different effects on liver fibrosis in different stages of liver fibrosis, and had anti-fibrosis effect at the early stage and extinction stage of the disease, while DCs played the opposite role in the middle stage of the disease.This article reviews the progress in the study of the role of DCs in hepatic fibrosis, and discusses the internal mechanism of DCs mediated regulation of hepatic fibrosis, which provides an important reference for the further scientific research and clinical guidance of liver fibrosis.
