【摘要】：目的對比經(jīng)結(jié)腸鏡高頻電圈套器聯(lián)合尼龍繩套扎術(shù)與高頻電切術(shù)治療寬蒂息肉的術(shù)后血清指標。方法收集2012年7月-2016年5月在該院接受治療的寬蒂息肉患者70例作為研究對象,回顧手術(shù)方式及實驗室檢查結(jié)果,入組患者被分為接受經(jīng)結(jié)腸鏡高頻電圈套器聯(lián)合尼龍繩套扎術(shù)治療的觀察組37例、接受高頻電切術(shù)治療的對照組33例。記錄兩組患者的出血相關(guān)指標;手術(shù)前、術(shù)后1 h檢測血清應(yīng)激激素、急性時相蛋白含量。結(jié)果觀察組的術(shù)中出血量少于對照組,術(shù)后即刻血紅蛋白含量高于對照組,術(shù)后早期出血、遲發(fā)性出血比例低于對照組(P0.05);術(shù)后1 h,觀察組血清應(yīng)激激素皮質(zhì)醇(Cor)、促腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素(ACTH)、血管緊張素Ⅱ(ATⅡ)、去甲腎上腺素(NE)、C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)、淀粉樣蛋白A(SAA)和α1-抗胰蛋白酶(AAT)含量低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論經(jīng)結(jié)腸鏡高頻電圈套器聯(lián)合尼龍繩套扎術(shù)治療寬蒂息肉,可減少術(shù)中及術(shù)后出血,減輕機體應(yīng)激及炎癥反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the postoperative serum indexes of endoscopic high frequency electric trap combined with nylon rope ligation and high frequency electrotomy in the treatment of polyps with broad pedicle.Methods from July 2012 to May 2016, 70 patients with wide pedicle polyps treated in our hospital were collected as study subjects, and the results of operation and laboratory examination were reviewed.The patients were divided into observation group (n = 37) and control group (n = 33).Serum stress hormones and acute phase protein levels were measured 1 hour before operation and 1 hour after operation.Results the amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the hemoglobin content in the observation group was higher than that in the control group immediately after operation.The rate of delayed hemorrhage was lower than that of the control group (P 0.05), and at 1 hour after operation, the serum stress hormones cortisone, adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), angiotensin 鈪，
