MR灌注加權(quán)成像評價兔肝纖維化分期的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:目的 :應(yīng)用MR灌注成像(PWI)評價兔肝纖維化分期的診斷價值。方法 :在造模12周后對實(shí)驗(yàn)組(n=40)、對照組(n=10)分別進(jìn)行MR灌注掃描,并對所得到峰值時間(TP),信號上升最大斜率、信號下降最大斜率與病理分期做對照,采用單因素方差分析(One-Way Anova),組間兩兩比較采用最小顯著差法(LSD)。對不同時期的肝纖維化分期的診斷效能進(jìn)行ROC曲線分析。結(jié)果:肝實(shí)質(zhì)峰值時間隨著肝纖維化程度的增加逐漸上升,而隨著肝纖維化程度的增加信號上升最大斜率和信號下降最大斜率呈下降趨勢,對于峰值時間,S0、S1、S2期與S3、S4期有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),最大上升斜率兩兩比較后發(fā)現(xiàn),S0、S2期與S3、S4期差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。最大下降斜率兩兩比較后顯示,S0、S1、S2期與S3、S4期差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。合并纖維化分期進(jìn)行比較(S0與≥S1,≤S1與≥S2,≤S2與≥S3,≤S3與S4)差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 :結(jié)合峰值時間和信號上升最大斜率能夠反映肝纖維化各期灌注變化,對S2期以上的肝纖維化的診斷效能最佳。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the diagnostic value of Mr perfusion imaging (PWI) in the staging of hepatic fibrosis in rabbits. Methods: Mr perfusion scanning was performed in the experimental group and control group after 12 weeks. The maximum slope of signal descent was compared with pathological stage. One-Way AnovaA was used in univariate ANOVA. The ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of hepatic fibrosis stages in different stages. Results: the peak time of hepatic parenchyma increased with the increase of hepatic fibrosis degree. However, with the increase of the degree of hepatic fibrosis, the maximum slope of signal rising and the maximum slope of signal decreasing showed a downward trend.
