【摘要】：目的分析深在性囊性胃炎臨床表現(xiàn)、CT、胃鏡、超聲內(nèi)鏡檢查,以及治療方式,提高對(duì)該病的認(rèn)識(shí)。方法回顧分析6例深在性囊性胃炎的臨床表現(xiàn)、CT、胃鏡、超聲內(nèi)鏡及病理資料。結(jié)果 6例患者中CT提示3例為胃癌,3例考慮胃部腫塊。胃鏡均提示隆起病變。超聲內(nèi)鏡均診斷為深在性囊性胃炎。6例患者均行內(nèi)鏡黏膜下剝離術(shù)(ESD),病理均符合深在性囊性胃炎。結(jié)論超聲內(nèi)鏡結(jié)合內(nèi)鏡黏膜切除術(shù)(EMR)或ESD可以提高診斷率,對(duì)于不伴隨惡性腫瘤的深在性囊性胃炎,可行ESD治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical manifestations of deep cystic gastritis, including CTT, gastroscopy, endoscopic examination and treatment, and to improve the understanding of the disease. Methods the clinical manifestations of 6 cases of deep cystic gastritis were retrospectively analyzed. Results 3 cases of gastric carcinoma were diagnosed as gastric carcinoma by CT, 3 cases were considered gastric masses, and 3 cases were diagnosed as deep cystic gastritis by endoscopic endoscopy. All cases were treated with endoscopic mucosa. Conclusion EUS combined with endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) or ESD can improve the diagnostic rate of deep cystic gastritis. It is feasible to treat deep cystic gastritis without malignant tumor by ESD.
