【摘要】：目的了解孝感市人類免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)感染人群的戊型肝炎病毒(hepatitis E viral,HEV)流行情況,為更有效地開展艾滋病和戊肝防治工作提供科學依據(jù)。方法采集2015年5月~2016年9月203份HIV感染人群的血清樣本,從中國疾病控制信息系統(tǒng)收集孝感市203名HIV感染人群的人口學資料、其他疾病感染史、實驗室數(shù)據(jù),血清進行抗-HEV IgG、抗-HEV IgM、HEV抗原(HEV antigen,HEVAg)篩查,并對抗-HEV Ig M陽性進行肝功能篩查。結(jié)果 203名HIV感染人群抗-HEV IgM陽性率為2.46%,抗-HEV IgG陽性率為46.31%(94/203)�？�-HEV IgG陽性率在性別上差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(X~2=0,P=0.996)。離異組抗-HEV IgG陽性率高達80%,與其他婚姻狀況組的差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(均有P0.05)。CD4值≤200cell/μl的人群抗-HEV IgG陽性率與CD4200 cell/μl的人群抗-HEV Ig G陽性率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(X~2=0.286,P=0.593);2個抗-HEV IgM陽性患者的CD4值分別為189 cell/μl和199 cell/μl,且1個肝功能異常。7個縣市區(qū)抗-HEV IgG陽性率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(醊2=5.906,P=0.551)。結(jié)論孝感市HIV感染人群HEV感染較高,積極開展兩病雙向篩查的同時需采取有針對性地預防和治療措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of hepatitis E virus hepatitis E virus (HEV) in the population infected with human immunodeficiency virus (immunodeficiency) in Xiaogan city. Methods from May 2015 to September 2016, the serum samples of 203patients with HIV infection were collected. The demographic data of 203 patients with HIV infection in Xiaogan City were collected from the China Disease Control Information system. The history of other diseases, laboratory data, serum anti-HEV IgG and anti-HEV IgM antigen were screened. Results the positive rates of anti-HEV IgM and anti-HEV IgG were 2.46 and 46.31%, respectively. The positive rate of anti-HEV IgG was 46.31 / 203. The positive rate of anti-HEV IgG was not significantly different in sex. The positive rate of anti-HEV IgG in divorced group was not statistically significant. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of anti-HEV IgG between the population with P0.05U. CD4 鈮，
