【摘要】：目的探究對老年淺表性胃炎患者應(yīng)用雷貝拉唑鈉腸溶片治療方式實施救治的臨床治療結(jié)果。方法選取2016年3月~2017年3月我院收治的老年淺表性胃炎患者94例作為研究對象,均為我院依據(jù)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確診的老年淺表性胃炎患者。并將其隨機分為對照組和觀察組,各47例。對照組患者給予奧美拉唑腸溶片展開治療,口服應(yīng)用,20 mg/次,bid,治療周期為四周,觀察組患者采用雷貝拉唑鈉腸溶片治療方式,口服應(yīng)用,20 mg/次,bid,治療周期為四周。觀察并比較兩組患者臨床治療有效率。結(jié)果給予對應(yīng)治療方式后,觀察組患者臨床治療有效率為95.74%,相較于對照組對應(yīng)數(shù)值85.11%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對老年淺表性胃炎患者應(yīng)用雷貝拉唑鈉腸溶片治療方式實施救治,臨床治療結(jié)果顯著,對患者臨床治療有效率的提升具有積極作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical results of treating elderly patients with superficial gastritis with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets. Methods 94 elderly patients with superficial gastritis admitted in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as study objects. The patients were randomly divided into control group (n = 47) and observation group (n = 47). Patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole enteric-coated tablets for oral administration of 20 mg/ bid for four weeks. The patients in the observation group were treated with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets orally for 20 mg/. The treatment period was four weeks. The effective rate of clinical treatment was observed and compared between the two groups. The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 95.74, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the corresponding value of 85.11 in the control group. Conclusion the clinical treatment of senile patients with superficial gastritis treated with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets has remarkable results. It has a positive effect on the improvement of the effective rate of clinical treatment.
