【摘要】：目的:探討硬化性腸系膜炎的典型及非典型影像學(xué)表現(xiàn),以提高對該病的認(rèn)識。方法:回顧性分析經(jīng)臨床病理證實的29例硬化性腸系膜炎患者的CT和MRI資料。結(jié)果:(1)典型表現(xiàn)(27例):病變均起自腸系膜根部,包繞腸系膜血管,其中15例呈霧狀系膜,12例顯示假腫瘤征,21例可見假包膜,17例可見脂肪環(huán)征。CT平掃表現(xiàn)為腸系膜密度增高,CT值為-66~-38HU,明顯高于腹膜后正常脂肪密度(-160~-100HU),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。MRI平掃表現(xiàn)病變呈不均勻長T1、長T2信號,假包膜呈等T1、短T2信號。CT、MRI增強掃描病變呈輕度強化,假包膜呈輕度延遲強化。(2)非典型表現(xiàn)(2例):1例表現(xiàn)為腸系膜周圍多發(fā)小結(jié)節(jié),1例表現(xiàn)為腸系膜周圍散在鈣化灶。結(jié)論:硬化性腸系膜炎具有典型和非典型影像學(xué)表現(xiàn),臨床與影像學(xué)表現(xiàn)相結(jié)合有助于提高對本病的診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the typical and atypical imaging manifestations of sclerosing mesenteritis. Methods: Ct and MRI data of 29 patients with sclerosing mesositis confirmed by clinical pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Of them, 15 cases showed foggy Mesangium, 12 cases showed false tumor sign. 21 cases showed pseudocapatite sign. 17 cases showed fat ring sign. Ct plain scan showed that the density of mesentery was increased. Ct value was -66 ~ 38 HU. it was obviously higher than that of retroperitoneal normal fat density of -160 ~ 100 HUU, the difference was statistically significant. P0.05, MRI plain scan showed uneven long T _ 1, long T _ 2 signal intensity, and long T _ 2 signal intensity. Pseudocapsule showed iso-T _ 1, short T _ 2 signal. CTU enhanced MRI showed slight enhancement. The pseudocapsule presented mild delayed enhancement. (2 cases: 1 case showed multiple small nodule around the mesentery and 1 case showed calcified foci around the mesentery. Conclusion: sclerosing mesenteritis has typical and atypical imaging manifestations. The combination of clinical and imaging findings is helpful to improve the diagnosis of this disease.
