【摘要】：目的:探討胃蘇顆粒聯(lián)合西藥治療老年胃食管反流病(GERD)的臨床療效。方法:回顧性分析2015年3月~2016年10月在廈門大學附屬第一醫(yī)院杏林分院接受治療的GERD老年患者的臨床資料。根據(jù)其治療方式分為對照組和觀察組,其中對照組給予常規(guī)西藥治療,觀察組給予胃蘇顆粒聯(lián)合西藥治療。治療4周后,觀察兩組患者的治療效果,比較兩組患者治療前后反流檢查計分(RFS)、壓痛程度、炎癥細胞因子水平、臨床癥狀體征改善情況和不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率的差異。結(jié)果:治療后觀察組總有效率顯著高于對照組,RFS、VAS評分及血清IL-18、IL-6、hsCRP水平顯著低于對照組,反酸、燒心和腹痛等積分顯著低于對照組(P0.05)。兩組患者腹瀉、肝腎功能受損等不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。結(jié)論:胃蘇顆粒聯(lián)合西藥對老年GERD患者有良好的療效,可緩解癥狀,降低血清炎癥細胞因子水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the effects of Weisu Granules Combined with western medicine in the treatment of senile gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) patients. Methods: a retrospective analysis of clinical data of March 2015 ~2016 year in October treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University Xinglin branch of GERD in elderly patients. According to the treatment methods are divided into control group and observation group, the control group was given the conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group was given Weisu Granules Combined with western medicine treatment. After 4 weeks of treatment, observe the curative effect of two groups, two groups were compared before and after the treatment of reflux examination score (RFS), tenderness degree, inflammatory cytokines, clinical symptom improvement and adverse reaction rate were compared. Results: treatment after the total efficiency of observation group was significantly higher than the control group, RFS, VAS score and serum IL-18, IL-6, hsCRP were significantly lower than the control group, acid reflux, heartburn and abdominal pain score was significantly lower than the control group (P0.05 ). Two groups of patients with diarrhea, liver and kidney function damage and other adverse reaction rate had no significant difference. Conclusion: Weisu Granules Combined with western medicine has good curative effect on elderly patients with GERD, can alleviate the symptoms, reduce serum levels of inflammatory cytokines.
