【摘要】：目的:觀察普蘆卡必利治療功能性便秘的療效及安全性。方法:選取功能性便秘女性患者87例,給予普蘆卡必利2 mg,qd,總療程為4周,采用前瞻性自身對照研究,觀察患者治療前后排便次數(shù)、大便性狀、排便困難程度的變化情況以及服藥期間出現(xiàn)的相關(guān)不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果:治療后患者每周大便次數(shù)逐漸增加,大便性狀逐漸趨于正常,排便費(fèi)力情況明顯緩解。各觀察指標(biāo)在治療前后比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。研究過程中未見嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生。結(jié)論:普蘆卡必利治療功能性便秘安全、有效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy and safety of prucapride in the treatment of functional constipation. The changes of defecation frequency, defecation character, defecation difficulty and related adverse reactions during the treatment were observed. Results: after treatment, the defecation frequency increased gradually and the defecation character became normal. The defecation effort was alleviated obviously. The differences of observed indexes before and after treatment were statistically significant (P 0.01). No serious adverse reactions occurred during the study. Conclusion: prucapride is safe and effective in the treatment of functional constipation.
