【摘要】：目的探討嗜酸性粒細胞性胃腸炎(EG)的CT影像表現(xiàn)與外周血嗜酸性粒細胞數(shù)量、比例的關(guān)系。資料與方法回顧性分析經(jīng)臨床確診的17例EG患者的臨床及影像學(xué)資料,采用CT觀察病變累及部位的情況,并測定EG患者外周血嗜酸性粒細胞計數(shù)、比例。結(jié)果 17例患者中,2例累及1個部位,外周血嗜酸性粒細胞計數(shù)、比例分別為(0.28±0.22)×10~9/L、(4.85±2.19)%;5例累及2個部位,外周血嗜酸性粒細胞計數(shù)、比例分別為(3.19±1.82)×10~9/L、(37.04±11.36)%;6例累及3個部位,外周血嗜酸性粒細胞計數(shù)、比例分別為(3.93±2.37)×10~9/L、(45.22±22.99)%;3例累及4個部位,外周血嗜酸性粒細胞計數(shù)、比例分別為(6.48±0.34)×10~9/L、(75.83±9.33)%;1例累及7個部位,外周血嗜酸性粒細胞計數(shù)、比例分別為8.87×10~9/L、75.60%。結(jié)論外周血嗜酸性粒細胞計數(shù)、比例與EG病變累及范圍有一定的關(guān)系,其計數(shù)、比例越高,病變累及部位有增多的趨勢,提示在臨床工作中應(yīng)擴大內(nèi)鏡或影像檢查范圍。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between CT findings of eosinophil gastroenteritis (EGG) and the number and proportion of eosinophils in peripheral blood. The percentage of eosinophils in peripheral blood of EG patients was measured by CT. Results the eosinophil count in peripheral blood was measured in 2 patients with EG, 2 patients with eosinophilic granulocyte count, 2 patients with EG patients with eosinophilic granulocyte count. The percentages were 0.28 鹵0.22 脳 10 ~ (9) 脳 10 ~ (9) L ~ (-1) 脳 10 ~ (9)% ~ 4.85 鹵2.19% respectively, and the percentage of eosinophil count in peripheral blood was 3.19 鹵1.82 脳 10 ~ (9) / L ~ (-1) 脳 10 ~ (9) / L ~ (-1) 脳 10 ~ (9) / L ~ (-1) 脳 10 ~ (9) / L ~ (-1), respectively, in which 6 cases were involved in 3 sites, and the percentage of eosinophil count in peripheral blood was 3.93 鹵2.37 脳 10 ~ (9 / L) 脳 10 ~ (9) / L ~ (-1) 鹵99 ~ (9)% respectively. The percentage of eosinophil count in peripheral blood was 6.48 鹵0.34 脳 10 ~ (9) / L ~ (-1) / L ~ (75.83 鹵9.33)% respectively. The eosinophil count in peripheral blood was 8.87 脳 10 ~ (9) / L ~ (75.60)%, respectively. Conclusion the percentage of eosinophil count in peripheral blood is related to the involvement and range of EG lesions. The higher the proportion of the count, the more the lesion involved, suggesting that the scope of endoscopy or imaging examination should be expanded in clinical work.
