【摘要】：【目的】通過檢測腹水COX-2 m RNA的表達(dá)水平,探討COX-2 m RNA對腹水鑒別診斷的價值和意義�！痉椒ā渴占�2014年6月至2015年2月期間到我院就診并明確診斷的惡性腹水34例,良性腹水15例。采用實(shí)時熒光定量PCR方法檢測腹水中COX-2 m RNA的表達(dá)水平,比較COX-2 m RNA在良惡性腹水中表達(dá)的差異,及在不同原發(fā)疾病中的表達(dá)情況。【結(jié)果】34例惡性腹水及15例良性腹水均擴(kuò)增出COX-2,良惡性腹水中COX-2 m RNA的相對表達(dá)水平與性別、年齡構(gòu)成比無關(guān)系,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。惡性腹水和良性腹水COX-2 m RNA的表達(dá)水平分別為7.93(5.04,16.58)和0.95(0.57,1.79),即惡性腹水COX-2 m RNA的表達(dá)水平顯著高于良性腹水,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。惡性腹水COX-2m RNA的表達(dá)水平在不同原發(fā)疾病中差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),良性腹水COX-2 m RNA表達(dá)水平在肝硬化和結(jié)核性腹膜炎中分別為1.55(0.55,2.55)和0.87(0.61,1.38),差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)�！窘Y(jié)論】COX-2 m RNA在惡性腹水中的表達(dá)水平顯著高于良性腹水,在鑒別診斷腹水性質(zhì)中具有重要的參考價值。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the value and significance of COX-2 m RNA in differential diagnosis of ascites by detecting the expression of COX-2 m RNA in ascites. [methods] 34 cases of malignant ascites were collected from June 2014 to February 2015. The expression level of COX-2 m RNA in ascites was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR, and the difference of COX-2 m RNA expression in benign and malignant ascites was compared. [results] COX-2 was amplified from 34 cases of malignant ascites and 15 cases of benign ascites. The relative expression level of COX-2 m RNA in benign and malignant ascites was not related to sex and age ratio. The expression levels of COX-2 m RNA in malignant ascites and benign ascites were 7.93 ~ 5.04 ~ 16.58) and 0.95 ~ 0.57 ~ 1.79 respectively. The expression level of COX-2 m RNA in malignant ascites was significantly higher than that in benign ascites, and the expression of COX-2 m in malignant ascites was significantly higher than that in benign ascites, and the expression of COX-2 m in malignant ascites was significantly higher than that in benign ascites. There was no significant difference in the expression level of COX-2m RNA in malignant ascites in different primary diseases. The expression level of COX-2m RNA in benign ascites was 1.55 / 0.55 / 2.55 in cirrhosis and 0.87 / 0.61 / 1.38 in tuberculous peritonitis, respectively. There was no significant difference between the expression levels of COX-2m RNA in benign ascites and patients with liver cirrhosis and tuberculous peritonitis (P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference in the expression of COX-2m RNA between benign ascites and tuberculous peritonitis. [conclusion] the expression of COX-2 m RNA in malignant ascites is significantly higher than that in benign ascites. It has important reference value in the differential diagnosis of ascites.
