【摘要】：【目的】分析透明帽輔助內(nèi)鏡技術(shù)在十二指腸疾病診療中應(yīng)用的優(yōu)勢(shì)�！痉椒ā�2014年9月至2015年12月將在我院內(nèi)鏡中心接受檢查的62例次十二指腸可疑病變患者按就診的時(shí)間順序隨機(jī)分為透明帽輔助組和常規(guī)檢查組,每組各31例次,比較透明帽輔助組與常規(guī)檢查組在視野清晰度、圖像捕獲成功率、總手術(shù)時(shí)間、活檢或治療時(shí)間的差別�！窘Y(jié)果】使用透明帽輔助組31例病例中的30例視野清晰度被評(píng)定為"清晰",明顯高于常規(guī)組31例中的9例(96.8%vs29.0%,P0.001)。31例透明帽輔助組圖像捕獲成功23例,31例常規(guī)組捕獲成功8例,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(90.3%vs25.8%,P0.001)。透明帽輔助組的操作時(shí)間(s)明顯短于常規(guī)組(150±58 vs 95±36,P=0.004)�！窘Y(jié)論】透明帽輔助內(nèi)鏡檢查治療十二指腸疾病視野更清晰,圖像捕獲成功更高,手術(shù)時(shí)間更短。
[Abstract]:[objective] to analyze the advantages of transparent cap assisted endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of duodenal diseases. [methods] from September 2014 to December 2015, 62 patients with suspected duodenal diseases were examined in our hospital from September 2014 to December 2015. The time sequence of diagnosis was randomly divided into transparent cap auxiliary group and routine inspection group. There were 31 cases in each group. The visual field clarity, the success rate of image capture and the total operation time were compared between the transparent cap auxiliary group and the routine inspection group. The difference of biopsy or treatment time. [results] the visual field clarity of 30 out of 31 cases in the assisted group with transparent cap was assessed as "clear", which was significantly higher than that of 9 cases in the routine group of 31 cases. In 23 cases and 31 cases, 8 cases were successfully captured in the routine group. The operating time of the transparent cap assisted group was significantly shorter than that of the routine group (150 鹵58 vs 95 鹵36). [conclusion] the visual field of transparent cap assisted endoscopy for the treatment of duodenal diseases was more clear, the image capture was higher, and the operation time was shorter.
